Crème Ice Cream Co. opened its doors in Fayetteville in 2023 as a family-owned shop with a simple idea: make everything in-house, in small batches, and let the flavors do something a distributor tub never could. That's how a lineup like Possum Pie and Saffron Pistachio ends up on the menu next to the classics.
The shop has grown to over 40 gourmet flavors across ice cream, Italian ice, and dairy-free desserts — plus baked goods and rare snacks, an Ice Cream Flight tasting option, and table games at every seat, so a visit is a stop, not just a scoop-and-go.
